This person should NEVER have been hired as ANY kind of teacher. The person who hired him should be fired immediately and barred from ever working near children again.

Be sure to take note of that sick smile this man is flashing for his mugshot. 

Parents, you need to make it your business to meet every person who has access to your children at school. The people doing the hiring for the schools obviously cannot be trusted to use wise judgment.
